Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 C raw broccoli (chopped)
1/3 cup raw carrot (chopped)
1/2 of an avocado (chopped)
4 tbsp sweetened dried cranberries
2 tbsp creamy poppy seed salad dressing
2 tbsp slivered almonds
1 tbsp pure liquid honey
1 tsp fresh lime juice
Toss into container with lid and shake to combine
Makes a great side dish or dinner for one.
